FiberXL will not attempt to track your website usage unless:

• Under ordinary circumstances (a complaint from a copyright holder, or from your building’s governing association, or similar legitimate circumstances) we will warn you before collecting data.
• Under extraordinary circumstances (e.g. a court order, a sealed police investigation, etc.) we will collect data ONLY AS REQUIRED without informing you.
